Have you ever downloaded height maps from online or created your own but there's always an annoying border around your map that is super tedious to get rid of???? well worry no more! Mid Selector is a Substance Designer node that  can help you quickly fix this in less than 30 seconds.The resulting map will have butter smooth borders and can be used in Zbrush, Substance Painter and other programs effortlessly.


Requires Substance Designer 2019.1.0 or higher to work

Features:

- Simply pick a point on your map to become the new mid value, and the node will do the rest for you! (manual input of value is also available)

- Automatically fit your height range into 0-1 while retaining your selected midvalue at 0.5 (manual scaling also available)

- Debug view to see where your mid value is as well as clipped height values.

- 3 different precision levels, accurate or speedy? It's up to you!

- Quickly add a circular/square fade near map borders with tweakable blur amount.
